Rainy December Day

Since we didn’t get much rain in October and November, the precious water is so needed in North Texas. The Blue Jays and House Sparrows sit for food and “shelter” at the feeders. They’ve been visiting our yard all morning. Their little feathers are so wet, they make the birds appear very skinny. Rain drops hit the last leaves tangling on the branches of our Bradford Pear trees. Autumn holds on with its last strength, before Winter will arrive toward the weekend. There might be a chance, North Texas will see some snow by next week. But the weather report changes by the minute. So, who knows?! πŸ˜‰
