Warm Season Crop

At the beginning of this month I was sowing some warm season crop like corn, beans, squashes, sunflowers, cucumbers, etc. Yesterday, I planted some corn and beans in the garden. The rest still could stay in the greenhouse. But today, I have to pull them out of the shelves and sit them on the rim of the raised beds. The beginning of Spring is just too hot for those little plants. While it will be in the upper 80s with wind gusts, it can become 100+ºF in the greenhouse in full sunlight. These little delicate plants need more air. Some of them will stay in my home garden, and some of them will soon go into the Community Garden. ❤
