Mrs. Cottontail

Mrs. Cottontail came out of her den from under the dog house to enjoy her snack this afternoon. When the blue jays look for peanuts under the bird seeds, they always leave a very messy place behind. A lot of the seeds fell to ground. But Mrs. Cottontail doesn’t mind. She loves to have a variety of juicy, fresh grass and corn. So, it works out for both of them: the birds and the rabbit.

After Mrs. Cottontail was done eating, she checked out the area behind the greenhouse. Shortly after her “yard adventure” she hopped back into her burrow. I bet, she smells my salads and cabbages, which are growing inside the greenhouse. Yeah, Mrs. Cottontail! No nibbling on my vegetables! At least for right, now. 😉
